Inspired by a popular food truck find, this dish combines two of our very favorite comfort foods.  Lusciously rich and creamy white cheddar mac and cheese is topped with diced red onions (optional), tender barbeque pulled pork and melted cheddar cheese.   It’s a fun and easy family meal that will have them all coming back for seconds. 

Thaw in Fridge; Oven (35 minutes).

    Need to carry this longer than spring

    It’s a favorite of our family and a perfect summer, fall

    and winter side. Hoping it will be added to the permanent menu.
