Pumpkin Cheesecake with Crunchy Cranberry Topping

A no-bake cheesecake that can be served frozen or chilled.  Cream cheese, pumpkin, whipped topping and pumpkin pie spice are blended and spread into a graham cracker pie crust.  Topped with a mixture of cranberries, pecans, butter and graham cracker crumbs.  It's sure to become a holiday favorite.
