Inspired by a Mexican favorite!  Crunchy beer battered pollock filets are baked until golden brown, served in locally made flour tortillas and topped with a fresh broccoli slaw infused with cilantro and lime, then drizzled with creamy jalapeno ranch sauce.  Take your weeknight dinner routine to a whole new level.
