Chicken Tinga Quesadillas

Chicken tinga contains shredded chicken in a delicious sauce made from tomatoes, onions, adobo sauce with chilis, and spices.  These large quesadillas are filled with tender chicken tinga, white rice, cheddar-jack cheese and cilantro and served with a side of salsa.  One at a time or all at once…from the freezer to your table in only 20 minutes.
