Ricotta cheese is added to an Italian seasoned ground beef and pork blend to create a tender and tasty meatloaf dish.  It’s topped with a sweet and delicious red sauce with a hint of brown sugar and chipotle spice and served with buttered redskin sliced potatoes.   The perfect meal to get everyone (willingly) to the kitchen table for dinner!
