Everyone loves our enchiladas! This delicious version is back after rave reviews.  Locally made flour tortillas are stuffed with tender seasoned shredded beef, black beans, corn, cilantro and Monterey-jack cheese then smothered in enchilada sauce. Topped with more Monterey-jack cheese; it’s a great way to bring a little taste of Mexico to your table.
