If you have 17 minutes, you have time to prepare these yummy wraps.  Sautéed beef is combined with onions, peppers, cream cheese and ranch seasoning then wrapped in a locally made flour tortilla and sprinkled with cheddar cheese.  Quick dinner...it's a wrap!
